GET INVOLVED: SEND LETTERS

Here’s how it works:

First, fill out a simple application on who you want to send letters to.

Next, we will pair you up with three to four hospitals or senior centers in your area.

You will write up to five letters or cards and email it to the hospital or center.

To write more cards, just fill out another form! It's as simple as that!
